If you suspect that your spouse is cheating on you, and feel that the trust is broken, then things can be pretty difficult to deal with.

If you suspect infidelity from your spouse, but have no evidence to support it, you can try and confirm your doubts by keeping a check. A cheating spouse may never agree to your accusations, even if they are true, unless and until you back them up with some real proof. Let us look at some tips by which you can find out if you have a cheating partner.

Look for Signs of Cheating

Before spying your spouse, look for signs of cheating to be sure that he or she is actually doing what you suspect. Some of the commonest signs are: Your spouse has suddenly started making efforts to look good, he or she is working over time but their salary is still the same. He/she does not let you near their cell phone.

He/she has developed new interest or hobbies, is always on the phone or on the computer.

He/she acts strangely such as hangs up the phone when you enter the room or talks in whispers or picks up a fight for no rhyme or reason. He/she does not wear the wedding ring anymore, has a different perfume smell emanating from the body, there are bruises on the body or lipstick marks on clothes.

If your spouse keeps condoms or birth control pills in their purse/car etc. which you are not aware of. If a few or all of these signs are displayed by the person you are in a relationship with, it is a possibility that they might be cheating. In such a scenario, there are a number of things that you can do for spying on them.

Hire a Private Investigator

To confirm that your spouse is having an extramarital affair, you can take professional help by hiring an investigator to follow him/her for a week.

If your spouse is actually seeing someone else, he or she will surely meet their lover at least once in a week and thus, can be caught by the investigator.

Take help from Friends and Family

If your budget is limited, then instead of hiring a professional, take help from your friends and family to tackle this issue. You can ask them to keep a track of your husband by following him one by one, at different times, throughout the day. This way, you can keep a constant track of his/her whereabouts.

Use Electronic Gadgets

There is a "cell phone spy" with the help of which you can actually read the text messages on your spouse's phone.

Another one is "mobile spy", a software with whose help you can have access to SMS messages as well as the call details of their phone. This software can even track the GPS of your spouse's phone every half an hour, thus informing you about his location.

Installing cameras at various places in your house such as the bedroom, living room, and the entrance is an option you can choose. These hidden cameras will record your spouse's infidelities when you are not at home.

A cheaper alternative to hidden cameras is an audio recorder. Keep a voice activated tape recorder every time you leave the house so that you can rewind it later and listen for voices of those who visit your home in your absence.

To keep a track on your spouse's computer usage, there's a software program called "keystroke logger" which will provide you with complete information on what your spouse is typing or looking at in his computer.
