Sure everybody loves chocolates and flowers, but I'm guessing you need to add an extra element of interest when you are out dating your partner. Romantic dates can keep the flame of love burning brightly.
May it be a mundane, regular sort of day or Valentine's Day, when you're in love, it seems like love is always in the air. You begin to see couples everywhere. Then there are those couples who are dating, planning incessantly to have their best date possible. Romance is definitely being expressed through flowers, teddy bears, jewelry and cards.
While these are the staple gifts that seem to be making way, sometimes, the art of romance needs to be planned. That is if you really wish to impress your date. This does not always mean that every move needs to be planned to perfection.
But it would certainly help to have a fair idea of a romantic evening ahead. Why? This will help you portray your interest in the level that you will go to in order to show your appreciation. Play soft music and pull out the wine glasses. Partner working late? You can arrange for a limo to pick her/him up. Make sure you have some luxurious bath oils at hand and the both of you can have a fun time giving each other a much-needed massage.
Plan a beach outing to one of the not-so-frequented places. Pack a sumptuous lunch and dinner. Take along some rugs and sheets. Make a bonfire and cuddle up while watching the sunset together. Take a dip in the azure waters or explore the beautiful surroundings.
You can even go for a romantic walk in the water or lie down and count the stars. The feel of the sand beneath your feet and the fresh salty air are bound to make this one of the most romantic evenings for you. Don't you think?
Book a room for two at a luxurious hotel! And let it be a surprise for him/her. All you need to do is pack some clothes and head out. Look for hotels that have spa treatments.
Pretty sure your partner would love some pampering after a hard day at work. Order for room service and use this quality time to converse with each other. Leave love notes in some places in the room and get yourself showered with more love and affection once your partner discovers these.
Setting out into the deep blue sea on a boat is fun. Check the availability of the boat rides in your city and book one. Pick a snazzy boat and head out for a boat ride into the sunset. Pack your dinner and enjoy the beautiful environs.
Have a romantic chat together and anchor at a beautiful spot. Can you imagine it now? What a romantic evening it will be, spent in the outdoors. Soaking in the nature and connecting with your partner.
Pick up your date from her workplace and surprise her with a long drive. Plan for an overnight stay at any weekend getaway places that have plenty of things in store for fun and relaxation.
You can surprise her further with a bag of clothing, which she may need for the overnight stay. Play romantic songs, which can be enjoyed by both, and go for a quiet dinner at the resort beneath a star-lit sky. Follow this up with an exotic bubble bath and open a bottle of champagne at the end of it all.
Sometimes, the simplest ideas can infuse a mundane evening with romance and turn it into a memory worth cherishing for a lifetime. Focus on spending some quality time with your partner. If you have access to a terrace or a garden, use it.
